This simple recipe is a family favorite from Fandango. Great with fresh bread or crackers, it makes a dynamite topping for lamb chops as well.
- 3/4 cups pitted olives
- 31/2 oz. drained capers
- 3 tsp. Sweet Hot Mustard
- 1 can drained anchovy fillets
- 1 TBL. whole peppercorns
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves
Combine all of the ingredients in either a blender or a food processor & mix until finely chopped. Add just enough EVOO to achieve the desired consistency. Serve with you favorite bread or crackers.
