COOC Hosts Special Sensory Assessment Seminar Featuring Juan Ramon Izquierdo, Panel Leader, Spanish Ministry of Agriculture at COPIA in Napa.

We are delighted to announce a half day seminar which will be presented by Juan Ramon Izquierdo, Panel Leader for The Ministry of Agriculture in Madrid, Spain. Juan Ramon is one of the world's leading sensory and technical experts and we are quite thrilled that he will be available to teach this seminar.

The seminar will include tastings as well as presentations on sensory assessment including defects and technical aspects of production.

Following the seminar, there will be a wine reception from 530-630 PM in the patio.

Please join us for this exceptional opportunity to be taught by one of the world's most knowledgeable olive oil masters.

The seminar fee is $65 for COOC members and $100 for non-members. The fee includes all seminar tastings as well as the patio reception.

June 29-July 1, 2008
