THIS USAGE AND COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made this fourteenth day of November, 2001 ("the effective date") between the Board of the California Olive Oil Council ("COOC") to grant a gratis license to allow Members and Affiliates to display the California Olive Oil Council's Seal Promotional Brochure ("brochure") on their own member websites and those of their Affiliates.

GRANT OF LICENSE
A non-exclusive worldwide license to use the COOC promotional brochure for display purposes only on Member and Affiliate websites. This license does not authorize the ability to download, print, change or otherwise modify the content of the brochure. This license allows only the uses expressly stated herein, and to other uses expressly approved in writing by the Board of the COOC. This license is granted only to those members and affiliates who are in good standing with the COOC, and only so long as they remain in good standing with the COOC.

COPYRIGHTS
Brochure is the property of the COOC, ( ©2002 California Olive Oil Council ) and as such is not entitled to be reproduced under United States copyright law, unless such reproduction is authorized by the Board of the COOC with written permission.
