The oils listed below are participants in the 2018 Harvest Seal Certification Program and were produced from olives harvested during the 2018-19 harvest season. All oils have been assessed to meet the California Olive Oil Council’s strict quality standards and are recognized as extra virgin grade.
Please note that certification is an on-going process that takes place from October-March. This list is continually updated as member oils from the current harvest qualify for certification.
