All COOC Members may have the sensory assessment of their oil conducted by the COOC Taste Panel as part of the Seal Certification Program. More information may be found in the 2018 Harvest Seal Certification Kit.
Larger Producers in Tiers 4-6 (annual production over 5,000 gallons) may choose to conduct the sensory assessment of samples with the COOC Taste Panel, or, alternatively they may provide a record of organoleptic analysis in adherence with the COOC Standards from one of the following labs.
