All COOC Members may have the sensory assessment of their oil conducted by the COOC Sensory Panel as part of the Seal Certification Program.
Larger Producers in Tiers 4-6 (annual production over 5,000 gallons) may choose to conduct the sensory assessment of samples with the COOC Sensory Panel, or, alternatively they may provide a record of organoleptic analysis in adherence with the COOC Standards from one of the following labs.
