Steps to follow when submitting your Seal Certification Submission Application:
- Download the Submission Application for Seal Certification 2019 from the ‘Documents to be Submitted‘ section below.
- Note: If you are a Private Label Entity, you will complete Attachment F for your application oppose to Attachment E
- Type information into all fields.
- The documents have been formatted for you to type in the required information. You can enter the required information in ‘purple’ fields.
- If you do not see purple, no need to worry, you should still be able to click on the provided lines and type in the information.
- The documents have been formatted for you to type in the required information. You can enter the required information in ‘purple’ fields.
- Save the document to your computer, flash drive, cloud service or other accessible electronic folder.
- Drop the completed, filled-in PDF file into the provided space below under the ‘Attach and Check Out‘ section.
- If you have Additional Olive Oil Submission Forms, repeat steps 1-4.
- Drop in a copy of your label in the ‘Attach and Check Out‘ section.
- Drop in a copy of your chemical analysis from an approved laboratory in the ‘Attach and Check Out‘ section.
- Fill in the ‘Check Out‘ information.
- If you are submitting through the website, you do not need to fill in the credit card information on the space provided within the PDF.
You may also go to the ‘Documents to Print’ section and download the required documents and submit them either by emailing all materials to Max Kirwin with the subject line “Seal Certification Submission 2019” or via post along with your bottles for sensory analysis.
- If intending on emailing directly to Max, depending on the size of the files/folders, it is recommended to utilize a file/folder share such as Google Drive or DropBox.
