MODERNIST DINNER + OLIVE OIL TASTING

Bold Food and Fat Gold have teamed up to offer a 5 course modernist olive oil dinner featuring Fat Gold, a Bay Area artisan producer. Every participant will take home 500ml of fresh, recently pressed Fat Gold. Kathryn Tomajan will be on hand to lead an interactive tasting and unravel the mysteries of olive oil: the virgins, the phenols, the secret codes printed on labels. You’ll practice professional tasting techniques, explore diverse flavor profiles and become a more discerning taster.
