Our olive oil is certified by the California Olive Oil Council and our Pieralisi Mill and olive orchard is certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers. We produce Sevillano, Mission, Mission Manzanillo, Tuscan, Allegra and Favolosa oils.
ABOUT OUR GROVE
The Saint Gregory Monastery planted the orchard in 2003. Emilio Dela Cruz was the lead monk in charge of the olive orchard and installing the Mill. He is now Chacewater’s Mill Master. Watch a video of our harvest here: https://vimeo.com/114938107

To me, my perfect day is introducing tasting room visitors to the new world of fresh extra virgin olive oils and seeing their reaction. This makes my day.
